Shipping
We ship from Springfield, MO using the United States Postal Service First Class Mail as our preferred method of shipping. Once Payment is received your order will ship within 1-2 BUSINESS days.

Packaging Materials
You item(s) will be carefully wrapped for safe delivery.

Insurance
It is recommended the Buyer to add Insurance to purchases in order to be eligible for a refund on lost or stolen packages. If Shipping complications occur due to no fault of the Seller and Buyer a refund will be given for the cost of your item(s) minus shipping and handling changes within 15 days of purchase in the United States and 30 days of purchase shipping International.

International (CUSTOMS & DUTIES)
Any Customs fees and tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are separate from the shipping charges. Customs fees and tariffs will vary, and recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All packages shipped will include a declaration indicating the contents as "Handmade Craft", with full value for the order listed.

Please email for expedite and insurance upgrades so invoices can be adjusted accordingly. Other shipping options are available please email me for quotes and invoice adjustments. If you have any questions of when your items will be sent please feel free to contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges
Items requesting to be returned or exchanged must notify us within 15 days of original purchase. I will gladly accept the item back for full refund, excluding shipping. Please email me before returning, so arrangements can be made. Original item(s) returned must be sent in their original or comparable packaging and received by the seller before funds are returned.
